We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Coordinator, Events to support the delivery of high-quality professional learning and events for our members.
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support across a range of onsite activities and °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï-wide events, helping to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Events. The role offers a steady-paced work environment with limited evening work and no weekend work. You will also have the opportunity to grow your skills within the broader Strategic Communications and Business Development team, contributing to partnerships, marketing and communications, and the delivery of °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï’s annual conferences.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive, flexible and can-do attitude
- Experience in events or hospitality is preferred; a formal qualification in events will be considered in lieu of experience
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and flexibility, with the ability to adapt between operational and administrative tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- A current ‘C’ Class driver’s licence and access to a licensed vehicle for work-related travel, as required
